Susan Dacey is an accomplished and growth-focused leader in higher education with experience in overseeing end-to-end Human Resources to support institutional success. Her thirty-four plus career started at Bloomfield College where she served in various roles in accounting until her move to become the Director of Human Resources. She had a crucial role in the merger with Montclair State University, working diligently with the Human Resources department of Montclair to ensure a smooth transition in all employee matters. She is currently employed by Caldwell University in the role of Executive Director, Human Resources.
